What is teletherapy? Teletherapy is basically meeting your therapist using some form of telecommunication rather than an in-person or in-office visit. You may think you can’t do it if involves technology. I didn’t either, but you can!
If you have used a telephone, doctor’s office portal or Facetime, Skype or Zoom video apps to talk with friends, family, co-workers, or healthcare professionals YOU HAVE DONE IT already! Really. The longer we experience social distancing guidelines, the more comfortable we will feel reaching for our mobile phones and other devices that connect us to one another over the internet.
To set-up a confidential face-to-face session with me, you will need access to a cell signal or internet service on a device that has a camera and microphone. Let’s get started today, I am only a phone call away!
