In 2020, Grace expanded her Private Practice to include Telemental Health Services and Advance Care Planning for clients located in the States of Maine and Florida. Last year, Grace received her Certification in Telemental Health and became a Respecting Choices® ®First Steps Advance Care Planning Facilitator and Instructor. Previously Grace helped to establish a thriving Florida Licensed Home Health Agency called My Halo LLC which was acquired by a larger agency in 2018. Her experience working with older adults and their families uniquely qualifies her for the following specialties:

Prior to being licensed in Maine and Florida, Grace lived in New York City and graduated with her Masters in Social Work from Hunter College/City University of New York. She has lived in Connecticut, Maryland, Tennessee and Virginia as well. Her undergraduate education was completed at the University of Richmond with a BA in Political Science.
